Shopping Policy

1. General

Unique Gifting specialises in personalised, made-to-order and curated products.
Due to the custom nature of many of our items, our returns policy differs from standard retail stores.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Personalised & Custom Products

All personalised, custom-made, branded, or made-to-order items are:

  • Non-refundable

  • Non-returnable

  • Non-exchangeable

This includes items customised with:

  • Names

  • Dates

  • Logos

  • Corporate branding

  • Custom designs

  • Special colour or size requests

Please ensure all spelling, artwork approvals, quantities and specifications are correct before confirming your order.

Unique Gifting is not responsible for errors approved by the customer prior to production.

3. Non-Personalised Products

Non-personalised items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused

  • The item is in its original packaging

  • The item is in resale condition

  • Proof of purchase is provided

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was delivered damaged or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed once the item has been received and inspected.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please email:

  • Clear photographs of the product

  • Packaging images

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

If approved, we will:

  • Replace the item, or

  • Offer a refund or store credit (at our discretion)

5. Digital Products

All digital product sales are final.

Due to the nature of downloadable products:

  • No refunds

  • No exchanges

If you experience technical issues accessing your file, please contact us and we will assist.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled:

  • Within 12 hours of placing the order

  • Before production has begun

Once production has started on a personalised item, the order cannot be cancelled.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days and will be returned via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

8. Corporate / Bulk Orders

Corporate and bulk orders may be subject to separate written agreements and approval processes. Terms for these orders will be confirmed prior to production.
